Sarah Cox


After 22 years of working at American Express in various Marketing and Operations roles, Sarah’s done it all. She’s led global teams, managed $30M+ budgets, and developed products across the globe. Now she uses her vast skillset to help run the show at Clive. The only thing she hasn’t done is host her own Radio 1 show. Yep, she’s heard that one! She shares her home with all manner of beasties, from horses, dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters, to her little girls… and a rogue mouse. When she finds time, she enjoys horse racing (gambling in moderation), reading, baking (eating not so much in moderation!) and playing the piano. Her best friend described her as “determined, caring, and fun-loving”, so she’s nice too. Damn it Sarah.

Peter Jackson


With over 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale conferences, awards and incentives under his belt, PJ has produced some seriously great events. He’s our Awards Guru, producing impactful on-screen shows and killer walk-on playlists.

PJ works with our production team to ensure our state of the art AV solutions are original and engaging. Committed to making Clive a great place to work, he’s the driving force behind our ISO9001 accreditation and Investors in People standard.


Sean Doyle

Director | Brand & Creative

Sean is the man behind what we know as “being Clive” today. Having led the development of our brand and creative culture from the start, not to mention Clive Ireland and - he has poured his heart and soul into our brand. With 15 years experience, Sean has produced events for some of the biggest brands around, clocking up some serious air miles along the way.

He has a true passion for creative communications, making message-delivery more effective and memorable. Out of work, he’s into his interior design and furniture refurbishment. If you ask nicely, he might show you his fancy upcycled sideboard! He has one weakness (that we know of…) and that’s sausage rolls. Grease his palms with a Greggs and he’ll be putty in your hands.


Gillian McDonald

Head of Operations

Operational excellence personified, Gillian brings the perfect combination of experience, realism, humour and calm to the delivery of truly ambitious live events. With over a decade at Clive under her belt, she has closed the Pyramids and London Bridge, on more than one occasion and has produced conferences, exhibitions, incentives and launches across the world. Gillian heads up our talented and energetic Operations Team, which delivered over 200 live global events year.


Clare Burgon

Account Director

Clare joined Clive in 2015, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge from her time managing an impressive list of high-profile events, including three MTV Europe Music Awards, a European PGA golf tour and Barbara Streisand and Foo Fighters tours.

Clare and her team (AKA ‘The Hawks’) produce glamourous international incentives, experiential content-led conferences, pop-up events and exhibitions for a whole host of media, financial services, automotive and consumer brands.


Tom Oliver

Account Director

Affectionately dubbed our International Man of Mystery due to his hectic travel schedule and true sense of style, Tom oversaw 100 events in 18 countries in the last year for one of the world’s best-known brands.

Extremely client focused, Tom works with Danielle to lead ‘The Disruptors’ team and loves to run with a brief, exceeding expectations with innovative delivery and creative production techniques.


Amy White

Account Director

With over 10 years’ experience in industry, it’s fair to say Amy is an asset to the team here at Clive. In the past 5 years, she’s specialised in high-end events within the financial sector.

Great attention to detail and a love of creative events, Amy has a constant drive for excellence and delights clients with her can-do attitude and dedication to each project. With a theatrical background, Amy is no retiring type. But be warned, as her enthusiasm picks up, so too do the gestures. She’s a real character, and we love that about her.


Kate James

Account Director

Wouldn’t you know it, we’ve gone Kate mad. Look at them all! Kate J has been in the events industry for 9 years. She recently managed events in the pharma industry and has delivered events worldwide. She now heads up the Angels team, ensuring clients like BT, BP and Sony PlayStation’s brand messages are effectively communicated through the perfect event. She thrives on the success of her team’s events - and with their meticulous planning, it’s a good job too! Her passions include boxing (for fitness, she’s a softy really!), quirky pubs with friends, and travel. From beaches in Hawaii to glaciers in Patagonia, she’s been all over the place. She even lived in Washington DC for a few years before making her triumphant return!


Kate Curry

Creative Lead

As the lead creative at Clive, Kate focuses on the thematic and conceptualisation of projects, bringing the business objectives and content narrative of brands to life within the full environment, at every touch point. With knowledge and experience within spatial design, artistic direction, staging and performance, creative strategy and content narrative, Kate applies a fully integrated 360º approach to any project from initial concept, design development and all the way through to full delivery.

Kate looks for inspiration in all things from the natural world to the urban space, she has a passion for design details, fashion and a keen eye for recognising and identifying emerging trends within design and technology.


Sergio Maestro

Senior Designer

Sergio joined Clive in January 2015, to bolster our digital design team, creating engaging campaign brands, delegate communication websites and event apps. His 10-years’ experience began with designing for print before moving on to digital publishing, email marketing, web design and front-end development for clients worldwide.

Sergio enjoys the fast-paced culture at Clive, which has seen him working on campaigns for Facebook, Virgin Media, Honda and Bupa.


Anandy Sureswaran

Finance Manager

Anandy is one of the longest-standing members of the Clive team, leading the finance division with unflappable efficiency and professionalism for the last decade.

Processing payments for hundreds of global events and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and clients makes her job one of the biggest of all. Anandy’s problem solving skills and hardworking nature make her a joy to work with and an invaluable asset to the team.


Charlie Stevens

Senior Account Manager

Since joining Clive in 2013, Charlie has designed conferences, roadshows, luxury incentives and pop-up brand experiences for an impressive list of clients that includes Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram and Honda.

As well as being organiser of all things social, Charlie brings unbeatable venue knowledge, never-ending energy and an unmistakable laugh - just some of things that make her a real asset to our Client Services and wider Clive team.


Nathalie Nolan

Senior Account Manager

Having produced live events for industries including telecommunications, property, pharmaceutical, financial services and media clients, Nathalie joined Clive after a well-earned break travelling across South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

As well as bringing an infectious boost of enthusiasm to the team, Nathalie has a great grasp of logistics. She’s executed an array of projects from international conferences, roadshows, multifaceted team building activities, themed experiences, celebrations and even spent time running an entertainment agency!


Lee Mills

Senior Account Manager

Lee has delivered everything from high profile government conferences with royalty and international dignitaries in attendance, to huge experiential telecoms roadshows for EE and their launch of the UK’s first 4G service. That’s not to say her skillset ends there, with a passion for travel she loves creating fabulous incentive itineraries.

Working in the client services team, Lee is forever searching for new and exciting things from hot new restaurants to the latest piece of new tech to play with and then working them into our creative event solutions.


Laura Vaughan

Senior Account Manager

Laura joined the gang with over nine years of diverse national and international experience across a variety of industries, from automotive and publishing, to financial services and media.

Laura’s spent her fair share of time working on motorsports related events before joining Clive, so it’s safe to say she knows her way around a circuit… in fact, practically every race circuit in Europe!

Now at Clive, she’s busy working on a whole host of internal conferences and awards evenings for some of our budding tech clients.


Victoria Eaton

Senior Account Manager

A career producing flawless installations for art galleries whet Victoria’s appetite for the world of event production. A keen passion to bring her skills to the world of live brand communications saw her join Clive’s London Operations Team as one of ‘The Hawks’ in 2014.

Over the last few years, Victoria has worked on a European Tour for Facebook, produced some seriously high-end hospitality events and been involved in a number of content-led conferences across the UK.


Stacey Mayhew

Senior Account Manager

Super hard-working with a flair for creative events, Stacey works as part of ‘The Disruptors’ account team, delivering quirky, intricate events for a number of media, tech, property and music brands. Since joining Clive in 2014, Stacey has hit the ground running, organising experiential conferences, brand installations, photography tours and a gigantic internal comms roadshow. She’s also our Queen of online delegate communications platforms and has registered tens of thousands of delegates so far.

She recently featured in the C&IT annual list of the top 35 people under 35 in the events industry. Go Stace!


Sarah Page

Senior Account Manager

Sarah started her journey into the world of live events with a degree in Theatre and Performance Tech at the Liverpool Institute of Performance Arts. Inspired by the knowledge she had amassed, she has since soared to stardom as a tech project manager, now officially making the big time as a key member of the Disruptors team – Her infectious fun streak is matched only by her tenacity when it comes to her client relationships. In fact, she was just recently recognised for her operational excellence by the Clive team.

However, underestimate her at your peril! Though she’s a joy to be around most of the time, she becomes a fearsome force to be reckoned with on the dodgeball court. That’s right folks, dodgeball. The deadliest of all sports.


Helen Wragg

Senior Account Manager

With a background in launches, exhibitions, roadshows, activations and conferences, Helen is well equipped to dealing with the live events industry. Extremely client focussed, she is a professional multi-tasker with superb attention to detail. It’s not just this that makes her perfectly suited to the Disruptors team; she’s also a hard worker who is always cool under pressure. No matter what the deadline or brief, she’s somehow almost always smiling. We aren’t quite sure how she does it to be honest. She is a bit clumsy though - so she is human after all, apparently…

Out of work, she enjoys exploring new places and pushing herself to the limit. She’s currently training to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and is an aspiring triathlete in the making! Her front crawl might need some work first though.


Jennifer Hunter

Senior Account Executive

Jennifer moved to Aberdeen, joining Clive Scotland in 2013 bringing experience in event co-ordination, team building and development programmes for a variety of oil and gas companies in her hometown of Perth.

Jennifer’s now kept busy as a real extension to our client’s team but does find time to enjoy the great outdoors. taking on numerous charity walks, including the Moonwalk – we think it’s fair to say she’ll always go that extra mile!


Dan Rogers

Senior Content Producer

Cool, calm and collected with an exceptional eye for detail, Dan oversees content development for large-scale live events, digital experiences and video production.

Having started his career working with our MD, Nick 15 years ago, Dan set up Some Bright Spark and began his association with Clive in 2010. Extremely well connected in production circles across the globe, he puts us at the forefront of production values and innovation.


Phil Whetter

Senior Content Producer

Working with Clive, Phil has transformed a whole leadership team into the cast of Harry Potter and convinced a Chief Marketing Officer to don prosthetics and perform a dance routine in front of 1,000 employees. All in the name of bringing their brand values to life.

Developing effective content, he helps brands engage with their audiences, coaching senior business leaders to ditch corporate jargon in favour of memorable and meaningful communication.


Tony Monger

Senior Content Producer

Tony’s still deciding what he wants to be when he grows up. Luckily for us, working with Clive puts his vast trivia knowledge to good use in the meantime.

Creative thinking, well-honed research skills and a knack for offering valuable insights are some of the things that make Tony a hit with our clients. He’s so good at communicating live that we thought of renaming him Clive. The name was already taken though…


Simeon Aldred

Senior Creative Producer

Simeon specialises in experiential events and brand activations.

As well as owning his festival, venue, entertainment agency and production house, Simeon has worked across a huge variety of retail and brand events for fashion brands through to activations for Homebase, British Sugar, Hendrick’s Gin, Peroni, Boots and Westfield.

A busy boy, but never too busy to get stuck into a creative brief.


Dave Butler

3D Designer

We don’t know if you know this, but Dave’s kind of a big deal. At just 6 years old, he got to grips with a 28 MHz PC. His obsession grew until he graduated with a BSc First Class Honours in ‘Animation & Visual FX’ - he’s now a trained animator who specialises as a 3D environment artist with experience in everything from motion graphics and medical animation to games design and cinema (animation & CGI).

And yet there is more… He has a deep interest in physics and its digital applications. He’s a big film fanatic who’s into synthwave, whatever that is. He is even interested in architecture and loves travelling. He’s been all over the place, New Zealand is his favourite apparently. What a guy!


Fi Schmauke

Office Manager

Meet Fi. A singer-song writer turned recruiter, today she’s our very own HR and office guru, providing support in multiple areas as the ‘go to’ person behind the scenes. Keeping the Studio Clive running like clockwork, no task is ever too large, and no problem unsolvable.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her looking after her daughter and baking up a storm, often ready for a Monday morning treat for the Clive team.


Victoria Quilliam

Account Manager

VQ started her career at Concerto Group, organising lavish parties attended in their thousands.

Over the years, she has gathered experience in organising awards, product launches, international conferences and team building events, as well as project managing a budding design agency and even spending some time out in the middle of a muddy field for the occasional festival production.

VQ landed on her feet here at Clive, kicking things off with a large-scale European Facebook Roadshow as a freelancer, she now works on the ‘Hawks Team’ overseeing the operational side of things. Whatever project she’s working on, you can count on VQ to bring her creative flair to the table and really get under the skin of the brief.

When she’s not running around on-site, you can find VQ in the downward dog position in one of her favourite yoga classes.


Imon Dhillon

Senior Account Manager

Having survived singlehandedly managing the operational responsibilities for fifty(!) annual conferences and exhibitions in a previous role, you can trust your event is in safe hands with Imon. She’s worked with high level speakers from top Silicon Valley tech giants, she’s worked in Brussels on EU commissioned events and even managed the basketball press area for the London 2012 Olympics.

Now she ensures that our client’s brand messages are properly communicated through her impressive logistical talents. She’s another avid Clive traveller; but forget lounging on the beach, this one enjoys a good hike in a bleak landscape. She’s climbed Snowdon and the Annapurna trek in Nepal to base camp. Her other passions include fried chicken and fireworks. A good delivery of both have been known to reduce her to tears.


Christian Apthorpe

Marketing Manager

Corporate, safe, responsible – all words that have never been used to describe Christian. Having spent years in the travel and events industries yearning to fully unleash his creativity, this stifled maverick has now found his true calling. While his vibrant ramblings need reining in from time to time, his passion for immersive experiences and the alternative has earned him the position as the voice of Clive.

You can usually find the man behind the comms in his natural habitat; in the great outdoors enjoying cold beans or even colder cider.


Tom Gillanders


The man. The myth. The legend? After Tommy G bagged himself a first-class honours in graphic communications, he then went on to intern at several design agencies before landing on his feet at Clive. Not so junior anymore, he uses his artistic talents to work up engaging and effective design solutions across multiple platforms to communicate our clients’ brand values.

Being a proud Welshman, his biggest passions are Rugby and Tom Jones. Obviously! A man who likes to lay low unless he has something comedic to offer, he has rapidly become known as everyone’s favourite office joker. Not this writer’s though. Do you know what nemesis means? Sinister.


Sara Brown

Resource Manager

In a past life Sara worked in property marketing and incentive programmes, before realising her passions lay in behind the scenes organisation. She spent years managing her next company’s resources - from design and creative, to strategy, data, tech, even project and account management. This means she is more than capable of keeping us organised here at Clive, where she manages the design and freelancer schedule. Just don’t ever buy her a plant as it will probably die pretty quick!

The Yorkshire born lass is a mum of two who can’t get enough of stationary. No seriously, she has a problem. Out of work, you’ll find her cooking up a roast most Sundays, competing in the family Yorkshire pudding competition to see who can create the biggest pud.


Rachel Forsyth

Account Executive

Rachel’s foray into events began in her hometown of Aberdeen designing and implementing a number of health and lifestyle events. Only once she left Robert Gordon’s University with a first-class honours in Event Management, did she then hit the road to London seeking a fun and challenging new adventure. Rachel’s keen eye for detail and constant strive for excellence means that she is now a solid pillar of the Disruptors team, supporting a wide range of events for Facebook.

When she’s not working hard you’ll find her seeking out the quirkiest experiences in London to share with friends and family, or eyeing up her next favourite gastronomic gem. If she isn’t doing any of the above, then she’ll no doubt be searching for inspiration through the latest interior design trends.


Becky Halliwell

Account Manager

Becky joined our ‘Disruptors' Account Team after interning with Clive in 2013 and then completing her Event Management degree at Sheffield.

A true explorer, she contributes quirky destinations to our Inspiration Station blog, inspired by her traveling adventures. Recently Becky oversaw delegate management for a huge European roadshow, she’s also worked on cycling tours in the French Mountains and the world’s first online signing - with David Beckham no-less.


Alice McInulty

Account Executive

After completing her degree in Event Management at Robert Gordon University, Alice joined Clive back in 2013 and has recently relocated from our Scotland office to join our growing London team. Whilst in Scotland, Alice worked primarily on the BP account and is now an expert in the Oil and Gas industry. Now sitting on the Hawks Team, it’s fair to say we’re thrilled to have Alice on-board.

A keen adventurer, Alice loves finding quirky new venues around London and sharing these with her growing Instagram following.


Sarune Lukosiute

Account Manager

Sarune completed her degree in Event Management in Lithuania before moving to London back in 2010 where she completed a master’s degree specialising in Hospitality. Now at Clive, Sarune supports her team on some ambitious projects for some big brands, both in the pre-planning stages and on-site, including managing the logistical elements, liaising with venues and managing the registration processes.

When she’s not working up the latest event solution, Sarune is often trotting off around the globe, soaking up the sun and expanding her knowledge of destinations.


Danelle Johnson

Account Executive

After graduating with a degree in Music Business, Dani’s first taster of agency life was with an influencer marketing agency. She then went on to find her feet in events and sponsorships where she fused premium core-brands with popular culture through music, fashion, arts, sport and food & drink activations. As you can imagine, her passions lie in music, art, immersive events and live experiences - this makes her perfect for life at Clive where she helps organise spectacular events for our key clients. She spends most of her free time going to events, exhibitions, gigs, festivals, and playing at the occasional open mic night. She’s creative, fun and best of all; quirky. She even has a blog! What a gal.


Daisy Barnett

Sales and Marketing Assistant

Say hello to our intern Daisy. She’s with us for her placement year at Bournemouth University. If a year at Clive wasn’t glamorous enough, she also spent a semester abroad in Macau of all places! While she was there, she took the opportunity to travel across almost all of Asia.

She enjoys skylines, elephants & unicorns. But if she had to choose, drinking cocktails in a new quirky venue might trump the lot. She’s a girl who prefers experiences & live music to fashion – though she stays true to her Essex hometown and rocks her leopard print where possible. You definitely won’t miss her when she’s out walking her massive Labradoodle…


Rebecca Hubbard

Events Assistant

The latest rising star to join our team is Rebecca. She’s on her placement year, “taking a break” from studying Event Management at the University of Greenwich. In her spare time, she likes to move it, move it. She not only competes, teaches and choreographs Ballroom dancing, but Latin too! She has even competed at the British Formation Championships in the Blackpool Winter Gardens and performed at the Royal Albert Hall. How about that then.

Looking to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible this year, she’s eager to learn, conscientious and organised! This one is going places.
