When Facebook had some exciting research to share with the UK advertising industry, the social media giant turned to Clive to help bring their message to life in a live face-to-face environment.

Facebook Reach On The Beach Event

The data Facebook wanted to share was related to the large number of people accessing the social media network on their mobiles and tablets during the summer months – a time when traditional media such as TV often experience reduced audiences.

Our solution was ‘Reach on the Beach’ – a campaign created to let brands and agencies know that Facebook is the place to advertise, come rain or shine! Clive worked with Facebook to design and deliver a branded ice cream van, which toured the capital’s advertising agencies delivering over 5,000 delicious free ice creams, whilst our brand ambassadors educated the audience on the findings of the research in a personable and engaging way.

The ‘Reach on the Beach’ experiential tour was deemed Facebook’s most successful live marketing campaign of 2013 and as a result it was rolled out across Europe in 2014. This larger tour was complemented with branded merchandise and collateral, distributed across Europe by Clive.
