The vintage, nostalgic feel of the record shop environment was perfect for a brand like Instagram, providing the kind of setting that had guests reaching for their smart phones to share little square photos.
After soaking up the unique entrance, guests were chaperoned down the private staircase at the back of the shop to find a surprising basement area. We converted this space into a pop-up Instagram art gallery and conference room. Beautiful photographs in heavy black frames adorned white walls, whilst a stage, bar, furniture and set pieces were created from stunning polished woods.

Guests experienced an intimate audience with a panel of bloggers, photographers and designers who discussed their use of Instagram and where they looked for their visual inspiration, before an awe inspiring chat with Sir Paul Smith. The British fashion icon told the audience that he had been a keen photographer since his early years and has been using Instagram as a visual diary for the past two years.
As well as providing event design, event management, AV production and content management, Clive teamed up with Disappearing Dining Club and Sipsmith Gin to provide an exciting array of food and drinks for the lucky guests.
