The Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for an energetic and ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our Operations team in London.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in related roles with a proven ability to manage and control large and logistically complicated events and their budgets. International event delivery experience is required. With excellent financial and negotiation skills they will also be able to communicate and consult effectively with clients at a senior level.

They will build relationships with clients and suppliers and help position Clive as a forward-thinking and creative agency. Taking responsibility for handling the planning, logistics, finances and management of allocated projects for both new and existing clients will be second nature to you.  Managing internal and external resources will be vital to ensuring events are delivered profitably, on brief and on time. 

They’ll ensure projects repeat with Clive as well as exploring any growth areas with each client. They will work closely with fellow Senior Account Manager(s), Account Manager(s) and HOD’s to ensure the development of our Account Execs and interns, assisting in training the team. 

They will be honest, confident, disciplined and articulate with drive and energy, complying with processes and procedures relating to office work, site visits and on site work.
